I really like this picture as well as the reprocessed one you did later on.
I would have to say that I'd prefer this picture though if you took out the people and maybe removed the sunshine rays(not 100% sure on if I like/dislike them).
With this picture being brighter overall you can see so much more of the rocks and their texture which really adds a lot of character to the overall image.
Do you have a larger resolution? This would be a great desktop background or could even be integrated into a web design.
